Tampa, FL – Warm and mostly sunny conditions will dominate the Tampa Bay area through Saturday before a shift in the weather brings thunderstorms and hazardous beach conditions early next week.
According to the National Weather Service Tampa Bay, patchy morning fog is expected Thursday and Friday, with highs reaching the mid-80s. Saturday will be slightly warmer, with clear skies and highs nearing 89°F.
However, the weather pattern will change Sunday as showers and thunderstorms move in, accompanied by breezy conditions. Rain chances are between 50% and 60%, with temperatures ranging from 67°F to 90°F. By Monday, lingering storms will give way to high winds and dangerous rip currents along the Gulf Coast. Swimmers and boaters are advised to exercise caution, as rough seas are expected.
Residents should prepare for changing weather conditions and stay updated on alerts from local authorities.
