Miami, FL – Warm weather is returning to South Florida Tuesday, with highs expected to reach the mid-80s under partly sunny skies. However, beachgoers are urged to exercise caution as a high rip current risk remains in effect for all Atlantic beaches.

According to the National Weather Service (NWS) Miami, the rip current risk will continue throughout the day and could extend through the week. Winds will be light this morning but increase significantly Wednesday as a cold front approaches, potentially producing gusts of up to 25 mph.

Tuesday night will bring lows in the mid-60s to low 70s across the region, with patchy fog possible over interior areas. Breezy conditions and partly cloudy skies will persist overnight, providing some relief from the day’s warmth.

Looking ahead, Wednesday will see temperatures climb to the low 80s, though scattered showers are possible in the afternoon. By late Wednesday, the cold front is expected to bring stronger winds and cooler temperatures, with highs dropping into the 70s Thursday and Friday.

Beachgoers should heed local advisories, avoid swimming in areas without lifeguards, and monitor updates on hazardous weather conditions. Residents are encouraged to secure outdoor items ahead of the windy conditions expected midweek.

Stay updated with weather forecasts and prepare for changing conditions throughout the week.
