According to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Grand Rapids, rain will persist throughout Tuesday, with the possibility of thunderstorms by late morning and into the afternoon. Temperatures will range between 65 and 73 degrees. Wind gusts could reach 40 mph, creating hazardous conditions for drivers, especially along US-131 and I-196. The forecast indicates a 70% chance of rain on Wednesday morning, with lingering showers likely to ease by afternoon. Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 56 degrees under mostly cloudy skies, with winds gradually diminishing.

Looking ahead, drier conditions will return on Thursday, bringing sunny skies and highs in the mid-50s. Friday and Saturday are also expected to remain clear, with temperatures climbing to 58 degrees on Friday and nearing 60 by Saturday. While no severe weather is expected later in the week, residents should stay updated for possible spot showers or wind advisories in the coming days.
