Green Bay, WI – A dense fog advisory is in effect this morning for parts of northeast Wisconsin, potentially impacting travel across the region. Visibility may drop to a quarter-mile or less in some areas.
According to the National Weather Service, the fog is expected to persist through 9 a.m. before gradually lifting. Affected areas include Vilas, Oneida, Forest, and surrounding counties.
Drivers are urged to use low-beam headlights, reduce speeds, and maintain extra distance between vehicles to ensure safety in rapidly changing visibility conditions.
