Pueblo, CO – Gusty winds and cooler temperatures dominate the forecast for Pueblo and surrounding areas today, with sustained winds reaching up to 50 mph over higher peaks and exposed ridges this morning. The National Weather Service urges drivers, especially those traveling along I-25 and other exposed roadways, to remain cautious of strong gusts throughout the day.

According to the National Weather Service in Pueblo, today’s highs will hover around 56°F under sunny skies. Winds will ease slightly by late afternoon, but precaution is still advised for those venturing outdoors. Tonight, expect mostly clear conditions with temperatures dropping to a chilly 24°F, accompanied by calmer northwest winds at 5 mph.

Looking ahead, Sunday brings another sunny day, although temperatures will dip slightly to a high of 48°F. Winds will shift southeast but remain light. By Sunday night, partly cloudy skies and lows near 26°F set the stage for a mild start to the workweek. Monday warms up to a high of 57°F, with calm northwest winds continuing.

Tuesday marks the return of active weather with a 40% chance of snow showers across the region. Temperatures are expected to reach 41°F before plummeting to 16°F Tuesday night, with partly cloudy skies lingering. Clear, sunny conditions will return by Wednesday, with highs around 44°F.
