Places like Deer Park, Colville, and Chewelah face a 45% chance of dropping below 32°F overnight Friday into Saturday. Sensitive plants are at risk of frost damage if not properly protected.

According to the National Weather Service in Spokane, colder temperatures will be especially likely at higher elevations. Frost is possible not only Friday but also Saturday and Sunday mornings.
