Thursday will bring partly sunny skies and a high near 74°F, making for another pleasant day. By Thursday night, some cloud cover will develop, with lows dipping to 50°F. Friday’s forecast remains mostly sunny with highs around 76°F, setting up a warm and dry end to the workweek.

However, the weekend will bring changes. By Saturday afternoon, a 30% chance of showers moves into the region, with increasing cloud cover and highs near 78°F. Saturday night, rain chances rise to 60%, continuing into Sunday, where a 70% chance of showers and a high near 74°F is expected.

Drivers should prepare for potentially wet roads over the weekend, especially along I-85 and I-77. Enjoy the dry conditions while they last, as spring rain makes its way back to the Carolinas.
