According to the National Weather Service, Saturday will bring mostly sunny skies but little relief from the cold, as highs only reach 31°F. Winds will persist at 11 to 15 mph today, with gusts up to 28 mph, amplifying the freezing sensation. Saturday night temperatures will drop to 19°F, with a slight chance of snow late.

Sunday offers a similar outlook, with highs near 29°F and light northwest winds. Temperatures will hover near 16°F overnight. Those planning holiday shopping or outdoor events should dress in layers and minimize exposure to the bitter cold.

The extended forecast shows sunny skies returning Monday and Tuesday, with temperatures around 31°F during the day and dropping to 17°F at night. Slight snow chances return by Tuesday night and Wednesday as highs climb to the upper 30s.
