Spotsylvania Police Identify Sexual Assault Suspect

Spotsylvania, VA – Law enforcement agencies have identified a suspect in connection with two sexual assault cases involving massage therapy businesses. The Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office and the Fredericksburg Police Department are currently searching for Cesar Mario Torres Juarez, who faces multiple felony charges.

According to the Fredericksburg Police Department and the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office, the suspect is allegedly linked to assaults occurring at local massage therapy establishments. As of March 9, 2026, authorities continue their search for the man, noting that he may be located in the South Boston, Virginia area.
