Pueblo Receives Federal Fire Recovery Funding

Pueblo, CO – The federal government has officially approved Public Assistance to support ongoing recovery efforts following the Aspen Acres Fire. The funding aims to provide critical relief to the community as residents and local agencies work to address the aftermath of the disaster.

According to the Pueblo County government, the approved FEMA assistance is designed to cover a broad range of incidents resulting from the fire. This includes support for recovery efforts related to wildfires, as well as subsequent dangers like flooding and mudslides that have impacted the region.
